- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup water

Method
- Prepare the dipping sauce by combining soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha sauce, and water in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Prepare the rice paper wrappers by filling a large bowl with warm water. Dip each wrapper into the water and let it soak for 10-15 seconds until it becomes soft and pliable. Remove from the water and place on a plate.
- Place a small amount of rice noodles, crab meat, shredded carrots, shredded cucumber, fresh mint, basil, and cilantro in the center of each wrapper.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
