- 2 cups rice
- 2 chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 Chinese sausages, sliced
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Method
- Wash the rice and soak it in water for 20 minutes. Drain the rice and set it aside.
- In a mixing bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well and set aside.
- Turn on the rice cooker and add sesame oil. Wait for it to heat up.
- Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and Chinese sausages. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked.
- Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the rice and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

- When the rice cooker automatically switches off, let it sit for 10 minutes to let the rice continue to cook.
- Open the lid and fluff the rice with a wooden spoon. Top with green onions and serve.
