Method
1. In a mixing bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour, warm water, and salt until it forms a dough. 2. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls. 3. Take one ball and flatten it with your palm. 4. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of the flattened dough. 5. Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal the filling inside. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 until all the dough and filling have been used. 7. In a pot, bring the water, brown sugar, and ginger to a boil. 8. Add the rice balls to the pot and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until they float to the surface. 9. Serve the sweet rice balls in a bowl with the syrup.Notes
