  • 1 tbsp coriander powder

Method

  5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add coconut milk and mix well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Drain the rice and add it to the skillet. Mix well.
  8. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
  9. Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  11. Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  12. Coconut rice is ready to serve.
