Method
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, garlic paste, ginger paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, and soy sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to 180°C.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers, alternating with the bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes.
- Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Turn the skewers occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- While the chicken is cooking, rinse the rice and soak for 20-30 minutes.
- In a pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice, oil, and salt. Stir well and cover the pot with a lid. Reduce the heat to low and let the rice cook for 15-20 minutes or until the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked through.
