- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 cups of jasmine rice
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 1/2 cup of chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup of chopped green beans
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Saucepan
- Frying pan

Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
- Marinate the pork chops in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, rinse the rice and place it in a baking dish.
- Add water to the dish and stir in the vegetable oil.
- Place the marinated pork chops on top of the rice.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- While the pork is baking, heat up some oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic, onions, carrots, and green beans.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil from the baking dish and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve with the sautéed vegetables.
Notes
