- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Method
- Cook the rice in a large pot of boiling water until it is tender. Drain the rice and set it aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and corn flour. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until it is soft and translucent.
- Add ginger and garlic paste to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add chicken to the pan and cook until it turns golden brown.
- Add chopped bell peppers to the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the sauce mixture to the pan and stir well. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season the chicken with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and divide it into serving bowls.
- Top the rice with the chicken manchurian and garnish with chopped green onions.
