Method

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until it is soft and translucent.
  4. Add ginger and garlic paste to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add chicken to the pan and cook until it turns golden brown.
  6. Add chopped bell peppers to the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add the sauce mixture to the pan and stir well. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Season the chicken with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. Fluff the cooked rice with a fork and divide it into serving bowls.
  10. Top the rice with the chicken manchurian and garnish with chopped green onions.
