Method
- In a bowl, mix the glutinous rice flour with water and knead it into a smooth dough.

- Carefully fold the dough over the filling and roll it into a ball shape again, making sure the filling is completely covered.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Add the rice balls to the boiling water and cook them until they float to the surface, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Once the rice balls are cooked, remove them from the water using a strainer.
- In a separate pot, add sugar and water and bring to a boil to make a syrup.
- Add the cooked rice balls to the syrup and let them soak for a few minutes before serving.
