- 2 cups glutinous rice
- 10 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1/4 cup dried shrimp
- 2 Chinese sausages
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 lotus leaves

Method
1. Soak the glutinous rice in water for at least 2 hours, or overnight. 2. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimp in hot water for 30 minutes. 3. Drain the mushrooms and shrimp, and then finely chop them. 4. Slice the Chinese sausages into thin rounds. 5. In a wok or frying pan, heat up the vegetable oil over medium heat. 6. Add the chopped mushrooms and shrimp, and cook for 1-2 minutes. 7. Add the sliced Chinese sausages, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. 8. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, and stir to combine. 9. Drain the glutinous rice, and add it to the wok or frying pan. Stir to coat the rice with the sauce. 10. Remove the mixture from the heat. 11. Rinse the lotus leaves and pat them dry. 12. Cut each lotus leaf in half. 13. Place a half of a lotus leaf in the steamer, shiny side up. 14. Spoon a portion of the rice mixture onto the center of the lotus leaf. 15. Fold the lotus leaf over the rice mixture to form a packet. 16. Repeat with the remaining lotus leaves and rice mixture. 17.
