Method

1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the pork shoulder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chinese rice wine, sugar, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. 2. Wash and drain the jasmine rice. In the rice cooker, add the rice, water, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chinese rice wine, sesame oil, and sugar. Mix well. 3. Add the minced garlic and chopped green onions to the marinated pork. Mix well. 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until it is cooked through. 5. Add the cooked pork to the rice cooker and mix well. 6. Close the rice cooker and turn it on. Let it cook for around 30 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked. 7. Once the rice is cooked, open the rice cooker and give the rice a stir. Serve hot.
