- 2 cups of rice
- 1 pound of chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch of ginger, grated
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, and corn)
- 1 tablespoon of chopped scallions
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Wash the rice and let it soak in water for 30 minutes.
