Ingredients

- 2 cups of cooked rice - 1 tablespoon of curry powder - 1 tablespoon of salt - 1 onion, chopped - 3 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil - 1 egg, beaten - 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs - 1 cup of flour - Oil for frying

Method

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, curry powder, and salt. Mix well until the rice is coated evenly with the spices. 2. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent. 3. Add the onion and garlic mixture to the rice mixture, and mix well. 4. Take a small amount of the rice mixture, and form it into a ball shape with your hands. 5. Dip the rice ball into the beaten egg, and then roll it in the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated. 6. In a separate bowl, add the flour. 7. Dip the rice ball into the flour until fully coated. 8. Repeat steps 4-7 until all of the rice mixture has been used. 9. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 10. Fry the rice balls until golden brown on all sides. 11. Remove from the frying pan and drain on a paper towel. 12. Serve hot and enjoy!
