Method

  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and fry till they turn soft and mushy.
  5. Add the chopped chow chow and stir well.
  6. Now add the coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan. Mix gently.
  8. Add 2 cups of water and mix well.
  9. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes or till the rice is cooked.
  10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
