Method

  6. Combine the vegetables, protein, and rice together in the pan and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and evenly mixed.
  7. Transfer the chow fan rice to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro, if desired.

Notes

This recipe can be easily customized to your liking by adding or substituting different vegetables or protein. You can also adjust the seasoning to your taste by adding more or less soy sauce or oyster sauce.
