Method

- Grease a steamer or pressure cooker and pour the batter into it.
- Steam the batter for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the steamer from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Cut the dhokla into squares or diamonds.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies. Fry for a few seconds.
- Add water and let it come to a boil.
- Arrange the dhokla pieces in the pan and pour the tempering over them.
