Ingredients

Method

  1. Soak the rice and chickpeas in water for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

  11. Once the rice and chickpeas are cooked, turn off the heat and let the pot sit for 5 minutes.
  12. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves (optional) and serve hot.
