- 3 cups cooked rice

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil

Method
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

- Push the vegetables to the side of the wok or frying pan and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
- Add the cooked rice to the wok or frying pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add the soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and sesame oil to the wok or frying pan and stir-fry for another minute.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, use cold cooked rice that has been refrigerated for at least 2 hours. This helps to prevent the rice from sticking together and becoming mushy.
