- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
- 1 3/4 cups water

Method
1. Rinse the rice in a fine-mesh strainer under cold running water until the water runs clear. 2. In a medium saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat.
