Ingredients

  • 6 cups of cocoa pebbles cereal
  • 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) of mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

  • 9x13 inch baking pan
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Spatula
  • Saucepan
  • Parchment paper

Method

  1. Prepare the baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cocoa pebbles and Rice Krispies cereal until well combined.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  4. Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until the marshmallows are completely melted.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the vanilla extract and salt.
  6. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the cereal and mix until the cereal is fully coated.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and use a spatula to press it down evenly.
  8. Allow the mixture to cool and set for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Once cooled, remove the mixture from the baking pan and cut it into squares.
