- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- 1/2 cup rice flour

Method
- Soak urad dal in water for 4-5 hours.
- Grind the soaked urad dal, green chillies, ginger, and cumin seeds to a smooth paste.
- Add the cooked rice and grind again to a smooth batter.
- Add rice flour and salt to the batter and mix well. The batter should be of pouring consistency.
- Keep the batter aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter on the pan.
- Spread the batter in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
- Add oil around the edges of the dosa and cook on medium flame till it turns golden brown.
- Flip the dosa and cook for another minute.
- Remove the dosa from the pan and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
