Method

  8. Add the coriander paste, 1 tsp. of turmeric powder, 1 tsp. of red chilli powder and salt to taste.
  9. Cook the mixture until the raw smell of coriander goes away.
  10. Add the cooked rice to the mixture and mix well.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
