To make this Costa Rican Steak recipe, you will need the following ingredients:- 2 lbs. flank or skirt steak
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- Gallon size ziplock bag
Method
- In a large gallon-sized ziplock bag, combine the orange juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper and cilantro.
- Add the steak to the bag and seal it tightly, removing as much air as possible.
- Massage the marinade into the steak, making sure it is evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the steak for 6-8 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
