- 1 cup of long grain rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped

- 4 cups of vegetable stock
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper

Method
- In a large pot, cook the rice according to the package instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
