Method

Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. 5. Add urad dal and chana dal and fry till they turn golden brown. 6. Add green chillies and hing and fry for a few seconds. 7. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well. 8. Add salt to taste and mix well. 9. Turn off the heat and let the rice cool down for a few minutes. 10. Add the beaten curd to the rice and mix well. 11. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
