  4. Add finely chopped onions and coriander leaves to the batter and mix well.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and brush oil on it.
  6. Pour a scoop of batter on the tawa and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
  7. Cook the dosa on low flame until it turns golden brown.
  8. Flip the dosa and cook it on the other side for a minute or two.
  9. Remove the dosa from the tawa and serve it hot with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
  10. Repeat the same process with the remaining batter.
