- Heat a non-stick pan or tawa and brush oil on it.
- Pour a scoop of batter on the tawa and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
- Cook the dosa on low flame until it turns golden brown.
- Flip the dosa and cook it on the other side for a minute or two.
- Remove the dosa from the tawa and serve it hot with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
- Repeat the same process with the remaining batter.
