- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Method
- Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Drain the rice and add it to the boiling water along with 1 tsp of salt.
- Cover the saucepan and let the rice cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the soy sauce, chili sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Sauté for 2-3 more minutes.
- Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and add it to the frying pan.
- Mix everything together and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Chinese Rice with Sauce is ready to serve!

- You can add any vegetables of your choice to this recipe.
