Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, water, coconut milk, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, sesame oil, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.

  3. Fill a steamer with water and bring to a boil. Place the cake pan in the steamer and steam for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Remove the cake pan from the steamer and let it cool for 10 minutes. Then, remove the cake from the pan and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
