- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 can of red beans

- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 cups of water

Method
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

- Once the rice is fully cooked, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
